Once we receive your submission, a member of the Fanshaw Digital team will review your responses and begin the audit process. Here’s what to expect.

    We go through your responses and use the information you've provided to take an initial look at your current setup, whether that's your website, your Google Ads account, or your lead workflow.

  • Step 2: We conduct the audit

    Depending on the service you selected, we review your online presence, account structure, or conversion process in detail. This is a genuine review, not an automated scan that gets dressed up in a custom PDF.

  • Step 3: We schedule a findings call

    We reach out within two business days to schedule a short call where we walk you through what we found. You'll get a clear picture of where things stand, what's costing you, and what we'd recommend doing about it.

  • Step 4: You decide what's next

    There's no pressure and no pitch at the end of the call. If it makes sense to work together, we'll talk about what that looks like. If not, you still leave with useful information about your business.

No obligation of any kind

Requesting an audit does not commit you to anything. If we’re not the right fit after the findings call, that’s a completely acceptable outcome and you’re welcome to use the information however you’d like.

How long does the audit take?

Most audits are completed within two to three business days of receiving your form submission. If we need anything additional before we can complete the review, we'll reach out by email or phone.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

It's genuinely free and there is no catch. We offer the audit because we believe the findings speak for themselves. If your business is a good fit for one of our services, that will be obvious from the conversation. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.

What if I want audits for more than one service?

Submit a form for each service you'd like reviewed. Each audit is handled separately, and we'll coordinate the findings calls based on your availability.

What if I don't have a Google Ads account yet?

The Google Ads audit can still be useful even if you haven't run ads before. In that case, we assess the opportunity, review your market and competition, and give you a realistic picture of what a new campaign could produce for your business.

Will someone try to sell me something on the findings call?

We'll tell you what we found and what we'd recommend. If that recommendation involves working with Fanshaw Digital, we'll explain what that looks like. But the call isn't a sales pitch. It's a review of your audit findings, and you're welcome to take the information and do whatever you want with it.
